Unit installs directly beneath the turnout and makes positive contact without linkage or other complex connections. Just cut a hole in your benchwork deep enough to clear the motor and install. An extension pin is included to mount the motor beneath the benchwork. Can be adapted to other brands of turnouts with extension pin (included) and motor adapter, available separately. Item is designed to consume less power than standard (#3010) Switch Machine.
